Why Finances Shouldn’t Keep You from Good Dental Care: A Spotlight of the Hagerman Dental Plan

Unfortunately, many folks today don’t have dental insurance. This can make it extremely difficult to maintain their oral health and address their needs as visits and services can be costly.

At Hagerman Dental Care, we know the importance of oral health, so we created a plan to ensure that good dental care is accessible to everyone.

What Is the Hagerman Dental Plan?

The Hagerman Dental Plan is an annual reduced-fee savings plan for families and individuals that do not have conventional dental insurance plan coverage. Our plan makes it easy for anyone to receive top-quality dental services at greatly reduced prices.

Why did we create this plan? Because we care about people more than profits.

Benefits of Signing Up for Our Dental Plan

Not only is it easy to sign up, but our dental plan covers all your basic oral health needs. So, you get all the essentials, at a reduced fee.

For each individual, per year, our plan includes:

●      Two teeth cleanings

●      Two annual exams

●      One bitewing X-ray screening (this may be replaced by a Periapical X-ray every 5 years)

●      One panoramic X-ray screening

●      Oral cancer screenings

●      One fluoride treatment (optional)

●      10 percent off Invisalign, or 15 percent off other special dental treatments

Under the Hagerman Dental Plan, patients can receive all of this with no annual treatment limit, no costly premiums or co-pays, no yearly maximums, and no delayed reimbursement. Best of all, there’s no waiting period. All patients are covered immediately upon registration.

How Much Does It Cost?

The Hagerman Dental Plan requires one annual fee of $360 for adults; additional adults on the same plan are $325. If you have a family, each child under age 12 is $285 per year.

If you also need periodontal maintenance, you can choose from our 3-times-a-year package (an additional $545 annually) or 4-times-a-year package (additional $675 annually).

Each annual plan lasts exactly one year, starting from the date of registration. All plan fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable.

Exclusions and Limitations of the Plan

In order to offer this incredible plan to our patients, there are a few important details. Any discounted treatments must be paid for with cash, check, or credit card at the time of service. If you are using Care Credit extended payment plans, the discount is reduced to 10 percent.

If you are already covered by a state-funded dental insurance plan, you are not eligible for the Hagerman Dental Plan. The plan also does not cover any services for injuries or conditions that are already covered under workers’ compensation, employer’s liability insurance, or accident insurance coverage.
